Long-Term Care discussion led by Olympic gold medalist Wendy Boglioli

That was the message Wendy Boglioli, a 1976 Olympic Gold Medalist for swimming, presented during a “Financially Sound, Physically Strong” event hosted by Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM), Atlanta, on May13 at the Georgian Club. Financial Advisor Kristen Fricks-Roman, a senior vice president at MSWM helped develop the private women’s event sponsored by the firm’s Office of Diversity and Genworth Financial.

More than 70 local women attended the event to listen to Boglioli share her personal experience caring for her father the same year she was going for Gold, as get educated on the value of preparation.

“Planning and preparation is key,” stated Fricks-Roman who invited, along with other financial advisors at MSWM, clients to the educational event. “Wendy’s presentation was impactful and brought attention to the affects long-term care planning can have on one’s family and business.”
